Friday was my first day in the Fells on the new bike. It was a glorious spring day, and the geese agreed and were out courting each other in preparation for the arrival of baby geese.
The new bike has a lot more traction than the old one - the last photo shows a climb that I usually can only make once or twice during the summer, and I was able to clean it on the second try with the new bike.
