Day 178 (Saturday, June 27) - Tough hike up Mt Cochura with Anita and Katie

Saturday morning we headed up to New Hampshire to hike Mt Cochura. It was the perfect day for a hike - no rain, the humidity wasn't too high, there was cloud cover to keep things cool, and the visibility was great since the cloud cover was high.

There were some great opportunities to take some photos, even though in full disclosure the best photo was taken by Katie of me running up the mountain.

We even saw a fraction of an upside down rainbow on a day it wasn't raining - that was a treat

The way down was tough - my left knee got a little bit sore and I could definitely feel the effort of slowing myself down through four miles of rocky 10% grade.
